DELIVERY POLICY

MHKAYA.com can only send orders to street address in Malaysia, Philippines & Singapore.

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. 

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after a few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Local delivery lead times are as follows:

Peninsula Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.

International Lead Time are as follows:

Singapore: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Philippines: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

 *For smooth delivery, please place your order 2 weeks in advance to avoid unforeseen delays during festive periods.

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

Collected Information

We only collect the information that needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. 

The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer’s personal information during the account registration on our site on our site.

Personal Identification Details

Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the products, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your status of online shopping in our site and also to update our customers with our latest news of updates/changes, promotions and events.

Confidentiality

Your personal information such as credit cards details, bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our sites do apply appropriate security application in order to keep all the customers information safe at all time.

Changes to our Privacy Policy:

Mhkaya Fashion have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers.  Do keep track on the Privacy Policy page on our website.

Security:

Our company website do applies appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customers’ personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers. However, bear in mind that any information transmitted through Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.

Returns Policy

Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7days from your invoice date.

Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. 

For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer exchange or refund for jewellery items, swimwear, socks, and / or any type of inner wear.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

STRICTLY NO exchange and store credit refunds for items sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items , which you will see the term [Not valid for Exchange] in the Invoice. 

Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

Exchange values are all in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICIES OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITHIN THE RELEVANT RETURNS PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE. 

The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.  Please make sure it is packed properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return.  As we try to accept all returns, should an item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. 

We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 7days of the invoice date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.  

STRICTLY NO cash refund. Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the returned items.

By placing an order at MHKAYA.com you are agreeing to all the above terms & conditions and information on this page. Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further.

GENERAL

  1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    b. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at Mhkayafashion@gmail.com with your order number.
    c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-3 working days.
    d. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    PURCHASING
    a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. 
    b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number.
    c. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
    d. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
    e. We only accept Payment via CommercePay Online Payment Gateway and Bank Transfer. 
    f. MHKAYA will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
    g. MHKAYA reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:
  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
    • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
    • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity
  1. Please note, once your order has been made, your order may not be cancelled.


    BACKORDERS
  2. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
    b. Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
    c. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, lack of fabric, insufficient stocks arrived etc. For delayed/ cancelled backorders, cancellations of orders are not applicable. A Store Credit will be refund into your account.  
    d. You can decide to ship together or separately when checkout if your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s).
    e. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

  1. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) upon payment verification.
    b. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    c. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
    d. Adding or combined items to previous orders are STRICTLY NOT ALLOW
    e. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
    f. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country.
    g. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

RETURNS Policy

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

STORE CREDITS

  1. Store credits are issued by MHKAYA and can be used on any purchase.
    b. To redeem your credits, please login your account and select “Store Credits” during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
    c. During checkout, you are able to enter the amount to redeem for your purchase.
    d. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
    e. All unutilized Credit expires within the given timeframe up to a maximum of one year (12 months). Any time extension requests will not be entertained.
